Sorry to have been so quiet this week, gentle readers - your pal Chuck has been on the road (somewhat inadvertently, thanks to two canceled flights and a major re-routing).
Things are relatively quiet in local theatre, though there are plenty of shows in rehearsal or getting ready to hold auditions. There's one show on stage Sunday afternoon (and my apologies, I only heard about this show this evening):
- Hairspray is being presented by Ironton High School - the last performance is at 2 p.m. It's a terrific show, highly recommended!
There's a lot of news swirling about upcoming projects by local theatre groups, lineups for upcoming seasons are being finalized, summer camps are on the way and a possible big announcement is being discussed.
So stay tuned - we'll bring those stories your way soon!
(And don't worry, I plan to keep my feet on the ground for a while.)
