- 9 To 5: The Musical - Charleston Light Opera Guild presents the musical based on the hit movie. It features Dolly Parton's original hit title song along with her new Tony Award and Grammy-nominated score. It tells the story of three unlikely friends who conspire to take control of their company and learn there's nothing they can't do — even in a man's world. The show will be staged at the Charleston Civic Center Little Theatre on May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16 and 17 at 7:30 p.m. and May 11 at 3 p.m. All seats are reserved and $20 each.
- Parallel Lives -The Kathy and Mo show - Contemporary Youth Arts Company (CYAC) presents the comedy May 29, 30 and 31 at 8 p.m. and June 5, 6 and 7 at 8 p.m. at the WVSU Capitol Center Theater at 123 Summers Street in Charleston. Tickets are $15 for adults and $8 for students.
