Thought you might like to know that some First Stage (Theatre Company) Alums as well as current members have been cast in Marshall's (Dept. of Theatre) production of George M!That's excellent news - congratulations to them and the rest of the cast! I think it's great when the alumni of the children's theatre (like Scott, Chuck and Nathan) go on to success in their college careers - and it's great to see talented high school performers like Sarah, Amy and Maggie getting the chance to show off their talent on a big stage like Marshall's!
(The cast includes) Scott Burner, Chuck Herndon, Nathan Mohebe, Sarah Hayes, Amy Klim, and Maggie Saunders.
(I should tell you that all of those performers have been part of shows I directed, so I admit to being prejudiced and thinking they're all wonderful and talented. Fairness in advertising and all that.)
George M! is directed by Gene Anthony, who's a terrific director and a heck of a lot of fun to work with - they're going to have a blast!

You are absolutely right. It is a blast working with Gene as well as working on the Marshall stage. I really think it's going to be a terrific production and I'm so thankful to have been blessed with this oppuruntity

Maggie, The one (and only) time I was an actor in a show, it was one directed by Gene, and all of us in the cast had the time of our lives.
I can't wait to see the show!
