I had the chance to catch the last performance of South Pacific and I must say the singing was outstanding. The voices in that show were simply fantastic and strong. I will say I had a few things I found a little funky. A show such as South Pacific is generally a heavy dancing show. This one didn't sem to have that many poeple or huge ensamble dancing. It made th show seem a little bit stiff however it was an interesting take on the show. The set was simple yet affective and I getting extremly picky but there was a picture framed curtain that surrounded the famous volcanic island in the show. The curtain was extremly crooked and became an eye sore that ditracted one from understanding the focus on the island but that could have been an acting tripping over the bottem of it. Overall I thought the show was pretty good. It made for a nice relaxing evening out. The people in Charleston should be proud of the rich heritage in theatre they have. Out of 5 stars I give it 4.3. I have seen a few shows in Charelston and I must say it has always been worth the trip up to see a show. I have yet to be unimpressed and plan to see many more

It is a pleasure sir to send in my reviews. I love doing it. I try my best to be as honest as possible and stay un biased which can be hard at times. I hope to send more in the future
