There are several great shows to check out this weekend! Here's the rundown:
- Seussical: The Musical - HART in the Park presents the musical based on the books of Dr. Seuss. Shows will be presented on July 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 29, 30 and 31 at 8:30 p.m. Gates open at 7 p.m., the Children's Preshow at 7:30 p.m., show starts at 8:30 p.m. at the Ritter Park Amphitheater at 1310 8th Avenue in Huntington. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for children and senior citizens. Group rates are available.
- Sherlock Holmes and the Beast of Whitechapel - the Astral Theatre Collective presents this original play on July 15 and 16 at 8 p.m. and July 17 at 2 p.m. at the Alban Arts Center at 65 Olde Main Street in St. Albans. Tickets are $20 each.
- 9 to 5 - Jenny Wiley Theatre presents the musical on July 16, 22, 29 and 30 at 8:15 p.m. at the Jenny Wiley Ampitheatre in Prestonsburg, Ky.
So get out there and take in some community theatre!
