I got to see a sneak preview of Julius Caesar tonight with my pal Dave Lavender (you'll see his story about the play in an upcoming edition of the Herald-Dispatch).
The show was truly impressive - a modern-day take on the classic story! A terrific cast, incredibly creative set design, and that Shakespeare guy has a real knack for historic fiction.
Don't miss it! They even broke out the blood effects for the first time just for us!
I'll have much more about the show in the days ahead, including interviews with the cast.
The show opens this Friday at the Renaissance Theatre in Huntington!
One more thing - Beware the Ides of March!
