Seeing "The Producers"

My lovely wife Jeanette and I went to see The Producers tonight at the Keith Albee Performing Arts Center, and (along with the crowded house) we had a great time!

It was a fantastic show and we got to see lots of our theatre friends in attendance (Hi Stephen and Jack and Ryan and Ken and Bill!).

I'm a bit too tired to manage a full review tonight, but I'll try to have one cooked up by tomorrow - but suffice to say that this is a very funny show and well worth tracking down!

More tomorrow!

it's true everyone was out for this one, it seems like i saw nearly everyone in the theatre community out for this one.

a little behind the scenes note...talking to some of the production staff before the show, they mentioned that a few of the backdrops and set pieces had to be cut because of the space, but with the space they had, boy did they put on a show.

what a great night out.

Stephen, I was amazed at the set pieces they were able to include - the Keith has a big stage, but for a show that big, I'm sure it was crowded in the wings. But what a fun show!
